Meet the Team

After obtaining his BA from Gannon University, Mr. Peters cofounded a successful technology firm that he sold and continued managing. In 2003, he left to join a struggling property management company to introduce systems and routines to enhance the value of managed assets. In 2005, he acquired the assets of the management company, including contracts to manage high profile properties in Pennsylvania and New York. In 2007, he merged his management portfolio with that of PDA, and now oversees all aspects of property management for PDA.
